Danilovgrad is located halfway from the capital of Montenegro Podgorica to Niksic. Population – 5000 people, little known to tourists and vacationers. This is the main attraction in Danilovgrad, a serpentine road leads to it. The monastery is located 15 km from the resort. Named in honor of Vasily Ostrozhsky, it acquired its final form only at the end of the 19th century. Consists of two parts – upper and lower. Belopavlichi Valley

It forms a flat part of the country, in the middle is the city of Danilovgrad, Montenegro, which makes it a convenient transit base for independent travelers. The composition includes Skadar Lake, the largest storage of fresh water on the Balkan Peninsula. Tourism, with the exception of visiting the Ostrog Monastery, is not developed.
