Big Chimgan or Beldersay is a mountain range that is part of the Tashkent region. Its maximum height is 3300 m. The mountain is located 80 km from the capital of Uzbekistan – Tashkent. How to get there
Before the trip, book a place in the hotel of the Chimgan ski resort. Although there are always free rooms, you can book a room with a mountain view in advance. Prepayment – up to 50% of the total cost. Traveling to Uzbekistan by car is difficult and expensive. Tourists choose a different route – to Tashkent by plane, from it – by car or bus to the ski resort of Beldersare or Chimgan.
The actual road distance to the recreation centers is 118 km. In Tashkent, they rent a car, taxi or buy a ticket for a regular bus. Travel time – 1 hour 50 minutes. On the way, you can stop in the villages of Yubileyny and Yusupkhana. Here, locals offer national souvenirs, dishes of Uzbek cuisine.

- By train to Khodjikent (2000 soums), from there by taxi – up to 8000 soums.
- For groups and large companies – minibuses on M. Gorky.
You can arrange a return trip with the drivers. But it’s better not to leave them a deposit. A taxi from a ski resort will be 10-15% more expensive compared to city services.
